In a mixing bowl beat ice cream until soft and beat in peanut butter alternately with milk. (Makes 3 cups.) to assemble each: Put one tablespoon chopped peanuts in bottom of a 5-ounce paper cut. Spread one tablespoon fudge over nuts and spoon in 1/4 cut peanut ice cream. Repeat procedure ending with ice cream. Insert a wooden stick in the center and freeze. To serve remove paper cut. Makes about 6 5-ounce cups.
