Peanut Pot Pourri
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup butter or margine
- 10 ounce marshmallows
- 4 cup crisp ready-to-eat rice cereal
- 2 cup roasted peanuts
- 2 cup raisins
- 2 cup broken pretzel sticks (about 1/2 lengths)
Directions:
Melt chocolate, butter or margarine and marshmallows in top of double boiler over simmering water; stir to blend. Combine remaining ingredients in large greased bowl. Pour melted mixture over roasted peanut mixture. Stir until all pieces are well-coated. With two teaspoons form into clusters and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Let set until cool. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
