  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1  (12 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
  • 6 cup crisp rice cereal


Heat syrup and sugar over medium heat until sugar is dissolved OR stir syrup and sugar together in a 2 quart microwave safe container and cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on HIGH or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Mix in cereal. Pour into an 8 x 12-inch buttered pan. When cooled cut into squares. Yields 2 dozen.
