Jiffy Goober Haystacks
- 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 (3 ounce) can chow mein noodles
Melt butterscotch chips in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water OR in microwave according to package instructions. Blend in peanut butter. Add roasted peanuts and noodles, stirring until well coated. Form into clusters on wax paper or foil. Allow to harden. Makes 3 dozen.
