Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 package (16 ounce) confectioners sugar
- 1 jar (12 ounce) crunchy peanut butter
- 1 package (12 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar and peanut butter in a medium sized bowl; blend until smooth. Roll into 1-inch balls. Chill. Melt chocolate chips in the top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water OR in microwave according to package instructions. Dip balls in chocolate mixture one at a time. Allow to cool on waxed paper. Makes about 5 dozen.
