Ingredients:
- 1 english muffin split, toasted and buttered
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon canned pizza sauce
- 2 slices packaged bologna or ham, cut into julienne strips
- 2 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Spread peanut butter and then pizza sauce on English Muffins. Top with bologna and cheese. Heat in a preheated 400-degree oven about 5-10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
