Mix all dry ingredients. Blend in eggs, oil, vanilla and squash. Stir peanuts into batter. Divide mixture in half and spread in 2 well greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325(degrees) F. for 1 hour. Yields 2 loaves, 12 slices per loaf.
