Edwards plump, delectable smoked sausage is made from special cuts of pure, fresh pork and contains no cereals or fillers. Their unique, farm-fresh flavor comes from a secret blend of natural sage, red and black peppers, and a pinch of sugar and salt. This special mixture is carefully packed into large natural casings and slowly smoked over smoldering hickory wood to bring out the classic down-home taste.
