Allergen Alert

Whitley's has decided to voluntarily recall a portion of our 12oz Deluxe Nut Mix tins with specific code dates, distributed between the dates of August 16th, 2023, and January 10th, 2024. The recall of this product was initiated after the Quality Assurance Department became aware of a limited number of 10.5oz Whit's Party Mix tins, labeled with 12oz Deluxe Nut Mix labels.

While both products contain almonds, Whit's Party Mix also includes peanuts, milk, soy, wheat, and sesame; which are not listed in the "Contains" statement of the Deluxe Nut Mix label.



We understand that many buyers or giftees may no longer have the products they received but ask that if you do, please check any products you have for 12oz Deluxe Nut Mix labeled tins with the following code dates printed on the bottom:

• MFG 25023
• MFG 25823
• MFG 29323
• MFG 35623

If found, please discontinue use immediately.

Customer Service will be available to answer questions or concerns and issue a refund for confirmed affected item(s). Mislabeled tins may be safely discarded.

If a consumer experiences an allergic reaction, they are urged to seek medical attention right away.

Please note that in addition to this posting on our website, letters have been mailed to all buyers and gift recipients who may have received the affected tins, an allergy alert announcement has been posted on the FDA website and notifications have been posted in all 3 Whitley's Peanut Factory Retail Outlet locations.
