Hours of Operation Orders can be placed Monday thru Sunday from
9:30 A.M to 6 P.M. EST (January through November 27). Extended hours for the Holiday
Season (November 28 though December 19) will be Monday thru Friday from 8:30 A.M.
to 10:00 P.M. EST - Saturday & Sunday 10:00 A.M. to 6 P.M.

candies to everyone. Your satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason
your expectations have not been met or are not satisfied, we will replace the
product or issue a full refund to you. Contact us within 15 days from receipt
of your product and our customer service specialist will work one on one with
you.
Perishability
- All nut products in vacuum pak tins have a 10-12 month shelf life before
opening. A 16 oz cello bag remains fresh for 30 days after receipt. All "out
of shell" nuts stored in freezer will remain fresh for approximately one year.
- Roasted Peanuts in the Shell have a shelf life of 4-6 weeks and may be stored
in the refrigerator to extend their flavor for 2 months.
- All 8 oz Peanut Candies may be kept in refrigerator upon receipt and will
remain fresh for up to 30 days.

Shipping and Ordering Information All
our prices include shipping charges except for the below:
Most of our items are shipped UPS; however when US Postal Service must be used because of address given with PO Box, APO or FPO, a higher cost may be associated with these types of addresses. Tracking of US Postal Service deliveries is not available.
- An additional $3.00 per address will be charged for shipments west of the
Mississippi River.
- An additional $4.50 per address will be charged for shipments with only
a Post Office Box, APO, or FPO used for delivery.
- An additional $9.00 per address will be charged on all items shipped to
Alaska and Hawaii.
Notes:
- If by chance a product is out of stock, we may substitute a like item of
equal or greater value to ensure prompt delivery.
- No meats are shipped to Canada
- Sorry we can no longer ship any orders directly to a foreign country (except
Canada). You must call to place an order for shipments going to Canada. You
will receive the additional shipping charge when you call. Overseas shipments
are permitted only through an APO or FPO mailing address.
- Your credit card will be charged the day you place the order.
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Delivery Information 
We
ship anywhere in the continental U.S using either UPS or the US Postal Service.
To speed delivery always use a street address and/or highway name and number for
UPS. Specify a business address for the shipment if no one will be at home during
the day to accept delivery! We will notify you if a package is returned. All orders
will be mailed for immediate shipment unless a delivery date is specified on the
order form. For holiday delivery we encourage you to order early to guarantee
timely delivery. All orders with "Ship to arrive Christmas" will be delivered
sometime during the two week period prior to December 25. We will be as accurate
as possible in setting up shipping dates for your order; however, we cannot guarantee
a specific date or time for delivery.
Below is the number of UPS delivery days to the US 48 states once it leaves
our warehouse in Virginia. An e-mail (if given) confirmation will be sent (if
UPS is chosen) once it is shipped. Sorry, but currently we are unable to track
shipments sent via US Postal Service. Please add one to two days to the below
chart for processing and handling. Most orders are shipped
within 24-36 hours.
** Expedited orders received by 2:30p.m. EST will
ship the following business day from receipt of order.
